Inside Europe: Slovakia wrestles with electric scooters

The heavily congested Slovak capital Bratislava has just got its first consignment of electric scooters that people may rent by unlocking them with an app. But in a sign that such shared economy ventures are not always plain sailing; within a week half of them had been stolen.
