Inside Europe: Syrian refugees welcome, or not?

Turkey hosts the largest number of refugees in the world. And 3 million of them are Syrians. This year there have been a series of clashes between Turks and Syrians which could be a sign that, for some Turks, patience is running out. Istanbul is home to the largest Syrian population and has also witnessed violent clashes, resulting in hundreds of Syrians being evacuated. Dorian Jones reports.
