Inside Europe: The homeless lend a hand to Slovak travellers

The central train station in Slovakia’s capital, Bratislava, is not exactly traveller friendly. The old building offers access to the platforms by stairs - there are no elevators or escalators. And that makes things difficult for people with lots of luggage or kids. But there's now help at hand - from the homeless. Laura Postma has been finding out more.
