Inside Europe: UK is 'cocaine capital of Europe'

The annual European drug report is out and the perhaps dubious title "Cocaine capital of Europe" goes to the United Kingdom. Nearly five per cent of the UK's 15-34-year-olds have used cocaine in the last 12 months. That's raising serious questions about what's fuelling the surge in demand, and how criminals are innovating to reach that increasing market. Jack Foster has more.
