At the end of last month, the Russian coast guard seized 3 Ukrainian naval vessels and their crews off the Crimean Peninsula. Russia then blocked a key commercial waterway leading to and from two important Ukrainian ports. Shipping is now getting through again. But as Nick Connolly reports from one of those ports, Mariupol, it's apparent that tensions in the area have been long in the making.
