Inside Europe: What did humanitarian summit achieve?

The first World Humanitarian Summit, which took place this week in Istanbul, received a mixed report card. Aimed at improving assistance to people hit by conflicts and disasters, most of the world's most powerful leaders - apart from German Chancellor Angela Merkel - stayed away. Helen Seeney asked our Istanbul correspondent Dorian Jones what the two day meeting achieved.
