IOC lifts doping ban on Russia

The IOC has confirmed that Russia's Olympic ban has been lifted with 'immediate effect.' Despite two Russian athletes failing doping tests at the Pyeongchang Winter Games, the country was reinstated after all remaining tests came back negative.
