Japan unveils nuclear crisis plan

The company that owns the stricken Fukushima power plant, TEPCO, has proposed a timetable for stabilising the facility. TEPCO hopes to cool the reactors and spent fuel rods within three months, and shut down the plant within six- to nine months.
