Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi is meeting Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin - during his first visit to Moscow since 1985. Gaddafi aims to revive military ties between the two countries - and is expected to buy arms from Russia.
