As hurricane season draws to a close, residents of America's east coast are feeling relief, but for the people of Tangier Island in Virginia, the overwhelming threat of wind and waves remains. Tangier's 450 residents could become amongst the first climate refugees in the United States, but many of them don't believe that climate change is causing changes to their island.
