Employees have only limited opportunities to reduce their tax burden. For large companies, it's very different. There are a number of tricks they can use to reduce their payments drastically. Companies such as Apple are currently being pilloried for some of these practices. But in Germany as well, companies underestimate their profits to minimize their tax burden.
