Moore, Celia

Celia Moore is the director of corporate citizenship and corporate affairs at IBM Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). She joined IBM in 1995 to implement a new global strategy for corporate citizenship and currently manages IBM’s portfolio of leading programs focused on applying IBM’s information technology and skills to solving critical social and economic challenges across more than 30 countries. Before joining IBM, Moore held various positions in the not-for-profit sector and gained extensive experience in engaging the corporate sector to address social issues that impact business and in forming public-private partnerships.

Moore coordinates IBM’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities across the EMEA region and is currently chair of the board of directors of CSR Europe. She also sits on the board of the European Academy of Business in Society in Brussels.
