NATO chief 'regrets' deaths caused by Libya air strike

NATO head Anders Fogh Rasmussen has called the mistaken bombing of rebel tanks in Libya "an unfortunate incident". Earlier, the deputy commander of NATO's Libya operation refused to apologise for the attack.
