NATO foreign ministers say they "cannot continue business as usual" with Russia and have called for the immediate withdrawal of Russian troops from Georgia. The statement followed a special NATO session in Brussels today that discussed the conflict in the Caucasus. Russia responded immediately, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov called the ministers' declaration "unobjective and biased" and the Russian navy said it is cancelling its participation in a joint exercise in the Baltic.
