Negotiators upbeat as they wrap up NAFTA talks round

Trade ministers from the United States, Canada and Mexico say they've made progress in talks to update NAFTA, the North American Free Trade Agreement. US President Donald Trump had threatened to ditch the deal, saying it was bad for jobs - but now the three countries say they hope to wrap up the negotiations by the end of the year.
