Neumayer Station: The laboratory at the end of the world

Neumayer III in the Antarctic is no ordinary research station. It stands on hydraulic stilts, which allow the station to adjust to shifts of the ice. Researchers working at the German station stand to learn much about the Earth’s past and future.
