Non-melting chocolate made in Togo

Togolese confectioner Choco Togo ensures that its chocolate bars don’t melt in the heat, thanks to their high cocoa content. The start-up now supplies supermarkets throughout Togo, using locally grown cocoa beans that would normally be exported.
