Open Innovation and Collaborative Learning
What happens when organizations share their knowledge? How do corporations and institutions learn from each other - and what prevents them from doing so?
The panel will explore these and related questions. Representatives from traditional and newer forms of knowledge-based institutions, such as Wikimedia and the Frankfurt Book Fair, will discuss the opportunities and limits of open innovation and crowdsourcing processes. They will also investigate ways of using the knowledge of clients and partners to improve products and learn from one another beyond institutional boundaries.
