FIAC is the French acronym for the International Contemporary Art Fair and after a four-day run it wraps up in Paris on Sunday. Held in the magnificent Grand Palais, the event attracts a host of international collectors, curators and dealers with works by A-list artists like Daniel Buren and Anish Kapoor.
