Pension tension shuts down France

The Eiffel Tower is closed, along with much of France, as people across the country protest plans to change the rules of retiring. They're afraid of working longer only to have a smaller pension at the end of it. Brent Goff asked French journalist Luc André who will end up paying the pension bill for tomorrow.
