Polish history is not an easy matter. Christian Jankowski, a German conceptual artist with Polish roots, demonstrates that. For his latest project, he had members of the Polish national weight-lifting team lifting national monuments in Warsaw. When it came to some politicians, even the strongest musclemen were unsuccessful.
