The United States and Poland have sealed an agreement to station US interceptor missiles on Polish territory, as part of Washington's plan to set up a missile defence shield. Russia has voiced strong opposition - although the US insists the missile shield is designed to prevent attack from countries like Iran, and is NOT aimed at Russia. +++SYN-MAZ+++
