Close-up on Michelle Henery

Shortly after graduating from Georgetown University, Michelle left the US and spent the next decade working as a journalist in some of the leading news organizations in Europe. From starting her career as a trainee writer with Reuters in Paris, to working as a reporter and editor with The Times of London and then as an on-camera correspondent for Al Jazeera English, she has sought to understand and explain transatlantic issues. Michelle has lived happily in Berlin for six years now, which for her may be a record!
