Salama, Hatem Hassan

Hatem Hassan Salama lives in Alexandria, Egypt, where he also studied dramatics. He has worked as an actor, director, producer and light designer at various theatres in Egypt, Sweden and France for over ten years. Among others, he was part of the organizational team of the Creative Forum for Independent Theatre Groups in Alexandria. In March 2011, Hatem Hassan Salama began working as project manager at the Centre Rézodanse Egypt. His diverse experiences have taught him how important organizational and administrative training is for cultural professionals even in Egypt. He therefore hopes to establish ties with German institutions that support the establishment of a cultural management course in Egypt.
