Our reporter Mischa Heuer is visiting all the capitals of the 28 member states of the European Union. This time he's off to Nicosia in Cyprus. The city is divided between Greeks and Turks, and our travel guide today was composer Marios Joannou Elia who uses unusual instruments in some of his works.
