Shaky Start - Quarrel and Strife in the Grand Coalition

Germany has a new government, a grand coalition between the Christian Democrats and the Social Democrats, but things haven't gotten off to a smooth start. In their first weeks in office, the coalition partners have already clashed on the topics of eastern European immigration, vehicle tolls, reforms to the German military and data retention.
