This week on SHIFT: German soccer club Hoffenheim has gone digital, using high-tech programs to analyze the players’ development. Crowd-workers can earn money with everything from small translation jobs to adding keywords to online texts and shooting photos of specific items. The “Aipoly” app for camera phones helps visually impaired people to recognize everyday objects. The social media platforms we spend the most time on. And last, but not least: birdsong and big beats: Joe Penna has landed an online hit with his "Bird Dubstep".
