Spain - Is the Housing Market Reviving?

Spain's construction industry was ruined when the country's real estate bubble burst. Some 20-thousand construction firms and agencies went out of business. Close to a million homes and buildings were put up for sale, at drastically reduced prices.

But now a whiff of change is in the air in some of the affected regions. Foreigners are taking advantage of the rock-bottom prices to purchase a vacation home. Report by Michael Altenehenne.
