Sweden's Famous "Kanelbullar" Cinnamon Buns

For euromaxx à la carte we head to northern Sweden to the Café "Nya Konditoriet" in downtown Umea. There pastry chef Jessica Sandberg shows us how to make a traditional cinnamon bun - or kanelbullar. These buns are so special they've even got their own commemorative day on October 4th!
