The 77 Percent is in Gulu — Northern Uganda, where many refugees have been resettled as part of the country's refugee program. Uganda hosts more refugees than any other African country, but it costs a lot of money to take care of all of these people and Uganda can't afford it all on its own. Edith Kimani is speaking to locals on what they think of the country's generous refugee policies.
