France is trying to redefine its relations with Africa. But the youth of the continent, are having none of that. The French are still draining Africa of its rich resources under the guise of bringing stability and development, they argue. Ngombet Andrea, an activist from Congo, sees only neo-colonialism and believes that Africa should be doing the redefining when it comes to relations with France.
