What role does the media play in curbing climate change? That's the question a diverse group of participants will grapple with at Deutsche Welle's annual Global Media Forum in Bonn which opens on June 21.

The Deutsche Welle Global Media Forum 2010 brings together more than 1,300 media professionals, scientists, energy experts and policy makers as well as representatives from international, grassroots and non-governmental organizations to discuss the role and responsibility of the media in communicating issues related to climate change.
