The NATO ground offensive in Afghanistan continues

American Marines leading the fourth day of the NATO offensive against the Taliban are facing fierce resistance in parts of Afghanistan's Helmand Province. They're reported to be facing concentrated gunfire, snipers and booby traps. NATO says it's adjusting its field tactics to reduce the number of civilian casualties which now stands at 15.
