What is the most suitable job for me? Sometimes taking this first step isn’t easy at all. Our reporters have gone one on one with people in various professions to get the information that will make this decision easer. They found out whether it’s possible to survive as a musician and what life is like for a hotel manager. They also report on what it takes to become a teacher or a computer specialist.
Getting there
In a series of special reports, listeners get the details on the education necessary to get a good job. Learning by Ear also informs them about financing a university education, how to survive a job interview and how to prepare for a new life on campus or in college.
Facts and fun
In addition to chatting with real people about their jobs, Learning by Ear also has some entertaining shows in place. In a radio play, we follow a young girl who moves from the countryside to the city to pursue a degree in agriculture. Let your audience join her as she tries to get used to life in the city and the challenge of life and work on campus.
