Three-star chef Arnaud Lallement

At 39, Arnaud Lallement is one of France's youngest three-star chefs. The head of the kitchen at L'Assiette Champenoise in Reims is famous for his classic and purist cuisine. His specialties include spiny lobster and Bresse pigeon with radishes.
