Torture, Rape and Murder - Human rights violations in North Korea

A United Nations panel has accused the North Korean government of systematic crimes against humanity. Its special report documents mass starvation, rape, murder and torture. Few North Koreans have managed to escape and give evidence; some have however made it to Germany.
