Trade talks begin in Washington

Trade talks between the EU and the US have opened in Washington under the shadow of America's spying programs targeting private communications in the EU. Some politicians say the talks should be delayed until Washington clarifies its surveillance efforts. The pact would create the world's biggest free trade zone with 800 million consumers.
