Erdogan: US decision to suspend visa services 'upsetting'

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday said the United States' decision to suspend visa services in Turkey was "upsetting." Turkey has urged the US to review its decision after the arrest of a US consulate employee sharply escalated tension between the two NATO allies.
