Unusual jobs and staying healthy

I am sending you two proposals that I would like to learn more about.

Number 1: What are the most absurd jobs in the world? By this I mean there are jobs that are really absurd but people are well paid for such jobs. What are they?

Number 2: What are the healthiest parts of the world to live in? I once read that some parts of the world are healthy to live in because of the climate and the people who surround you. Some tribes are also known to have never had a disease like cancer. Why is that and how do they fight today's troubles?
