US shutdown: what does it mean for markets and the global economy?

This week saw the U-S government's first shutdown in 17 years. Lawmakers failed to pass a temporary spending bill before Monday's midnight deadline, leaving the government out of pocket. We're going to have a look at what went wrong and discuss that with Hans-Peter Burghof, a banking expert at the University of Hohenheim.
