Venezuela is a South American country on the Caribbean coast bordering Brazil, Colombia and Guyana.

In Greek and Roman mythology it was a habit of the gods to take a break when the hustle and bustle of the world and its people became too much to bear. They would suddenly disappear for a while, with nobody knowing where they had retreated to. I however know where they would go - to Venezuela.

Venezuela is like its own miniature planet here on Earth. On a single day in Venezuela it is possible to play in the snow up on the country’s highest mountain, Pico Bolívar, ride a camel in Médanos de Coro national park and then continue on to marvel at Salto Ángel (Angel Falls), the highest free falling waterfall on Earth. After you come out of the wilderness you can visit the birthplace of the Latin American patriot Simón Bolívar and at the end of this whirlwind tour, find yourself sitting by a majestic white beach enjoying dinner and reflecting on the amazing things you’ve experienced.

More than the beauty and diversity of its nature, culture and customs, the Venezuelan people are the best thing this country has to offer. We are friendly, joyful, we really know how to dance and in my opinion, we have the most wonderful and beautiful women in the world.

The culture of Venezuela dates back to Spanish times and you can see this in the architecture of cathedrals. Various rituals and beliefs related to the veneration of saints were also brought to the country by African slaves. Hungry visitors can try exotic food and cuisine like “Hallaca“, the most popular Venezuelan dish that is usually prepared on Christmas.

Venezuela is a magical place and you will be speechless when you come here! If you want to have an experience you will remember forever, come to Venezuela – without doubt a first class travel destination.
