The Cape region of South Africa has been suffering from drought for four years. In cities like Cape Town there are massive water restrictions. Blowing up lawns, washing cars or filling the swimming pool can result in painful fines. But it is not only the cities that are suffering from the lack of water. Agriculture is particularly hard hit.
