On this week's show, our hosts Nneota Egbe and Edith Kimani explore a collection of smart environmental ideas from across Africa and Europe.

In Germany, they look into the possibilities of using concrete to generate solar power, meet an orchestra doing its bit for reforestation in Madagascar and travel to the vast Lake Constance where clean waters are proving a challenge for local fisherment.

They get technical with a 3D printer that could have the power to help save rhinos from being wiped out by poachers, and in Lagos, they look into a recycling project that is working to eradicate poverty and empower women.
