What makes people faint?

September 19, 2013

Fainting, also called syncope or syncopation, is the brief loss of consciousness lasting up to a minute, usually as a result of reduced circulation to the brain. People who faint often and without any obvious reason should consult a doctor. If a person who faints does not recover quickly, call a doctor!
