World in Progress: Egypt's new Capital

Egypt is building a new capital city in the desert, about 50 km away from the old capita. It's designed to relieve congestion in Cairo, with its more than 22 million inhabitants  - a number that's expected to double in the coming decades. But the building project has stalled – and critics believe the new capital won't solve the problems Egypt faces.
