The sprawling Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya's northwest houses more than 180,000 people. One of them is Annett Poni, a disabled woman from South Sudan. With little hope of returning home any time soon, she decided to launch her own restaurant to support her family and create opportunities for other refugees.
