In 2012 International organizations, governments, NGOs and pharmaceutical companies teamed up for the London Declaration on Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs). The aim is to eliminate or control ten NTDs affecting some 1.5 bn people by 2020. DW talks to global health expert, Professor David Molyneux, on the impact of the London Declaration and the global effort to fight NTDs.
