World in Progress: Cycling activism in Latin America

The 6th annual World Bicycle Forum will take place in Mexico next week. It's the biggest global citizen cycling event. And it is part of a growing pro-cycling movement in Latin Americat that actually grew out of a tragic case of road rage in Porto Alegre, Brazil. We talk to activists about the changes in Brazil and elsewhere.
