The Idlib region in northern Syria has repeatedly been rocked by attacks in recent months. Following rapid gains by Al Qaida-linked militants in Idlib, several EU governments last month suspended millions in aid due to fears it could fall into the hands of militants. While the suspension was lifted erlier this week, hospitals in Idlib continue to face a hard time caring for their patients.
