Anbar's awakening post-'Islamic State'

Iraqis who were displaced when "Islamic State" overran much of their country in 2014 are starting to return home. And in some cases they're bringing with them new ideas and values picked up in bigger cities like Baghdad. In the conservative province of Anbar, the influx of more liberal views has triggered something of a cultural renaissance.
